Joy Ganvik is the senior director of consumer insights at Motorola. She has a deep understanding of how people buy, use and relate to mobile phones. She is also a world expert on consumer segmentation, and has done a lot of pioneering work which is highly regarded by the consumer research industry. We all know that segmenting by age is the wrong thing to do and yet we all do it. Joy will be explaining how to be smarter with segmentation and how to really understand consumers.
